Is there way to simulate a failed payment in the sandbox environment?

I am integrating subscriptions and I would like to test a BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.PAYMENT.FAILED webhook. Is there way to simulate a failed payment in the sandbox environment? Not using the webhook simulator, but by entering a test credit card that will trigger payment failed?
