In Subscription Plan I was getting shortened URL link py.pl/bxx..... now its showing full URL

In the subscription plan where I was getting short URL when copying link like

py.pl/abcdef

 

but today when I am making a new subscription product it giving me the
full URL https://www.paypal.com/webapps/billing/plans/subscribe?plan_id=P-9XE92268??????????   

 

How I can get a short URL.
