Payment made by Sofort in Express checkout doesnot work

We have Express checkout button configured for payment. If user selects Sofort as payment option and successfully paid (user can see bank transaction in their bank account) but does not get redirected to the payment success url. We also do not see any transaction in our PayPal account and no order created. After 3 days user gets back his money into his account.

 

End result: No order placed, no payment captured.

 

Do we need to configure Sofort specific details into our PayPal account or do we miss something here?
