Can't access account as the phone number is out of date and I'm in Australia!

Hi there,


I haven't used my account for a long time and I now live in Australia. I need my mobile phone number to log into the account but that number is no longer active. I called the helpdesk in Aus but they said I needed to contact the UK. I can't find a way to talk to a human who can help me so I'm trying here.


Any help would be appreciated.
