I purchased an item and had to dispute it as I didn’t receive it. The seller had a non working email address on their website and I emailed the address on PayPal and never got a reply. The seller is telling people that they delivered my item and I have proof of delivery but I’m not being shown the proof of delivery because nothing was ever received. Do I have any other recourse? I’ve been ripped off and I feel like PayPal is being complicit.
