Howdy,

we are using a CRM to generate invoices and receive PayPal payments.

For subscriptions I see the transaction ID in the CRM - allows me to 1:1 match a transaction in the activity report.

For some payments however, I see "PAYID-xxxxyyy" and that value I cannot find neither in the activity report nor in the payment details in the PayPal web interface.

Any hints are highly appreciated
