When I go to activity and try to download reports of any kind my wheel or circle keeps spinning like its processing the content. My computer doesn't do this  on any other website. I have a MAC and check the setting of the website and there is no content blocker on, pop up window is allowed, adobe flash and computer software is up to date (MAC os Catalina Version 10.15.5). I reported it to website feedback and supposedly they corrected it and it has been correct. This has been happening since yesterday. I also shut my browser and restarted it.  Why is this happening?
