NOT RECEIVING PAYMENT

I am a first time seller on the app Depop and I had to create a PayPal Account to start my business. I sold three items already and the first I item I sold it was put on hold. My buyer has received the item, but it isn't allowing her to confirm receipt. When she tries to confirm the receipt, PayPal is saying "Sorry about that looks like something went wrong on our end". It charged her account with the money, but I'm not receiving the money on my end. 

 

The second person buyer bought an item from me as a guest in PayPal, since she bought as guest, it won't allow her to confirm receipt. She is able to leave a review on Depop, but she can't confirm the delivery. The only thing that shows up on my PayPal account says pending for this item. 

 

I want to receive my money, but I have no clue what to do or how I can get my money. If anyone knows anything, then can you please let me know. Thank you so much. Have a nice day. Be Safe!
