I do as per the guide go to resolution however system prompt me nothing to do and fill up anything at all, straits tell me thanks for providing info and they will reply to me in few days. This same thing has been repeat any rounds and I did not received anything from PayPal. My account remain locked for many many months. Helpless and seek help here.
