Payment mistake

So a payment was sent to the wrong account, because of covid-19 I can't get ahold of anyone in the call center. Now there is 100.00 in someone elses account and it's not supposed to be. What can I do? I have contacted the seller and have received no replies. This is very frustrating and I want to fix it but the "resolution center is bs and aren't doing anything.
