Paypal used to be a good company

That is provided they didn't lock your account and keep your money for years if you could not provide all eleven of their required proof of identification.

Other than the foregoing, Paypal was a good company:  (1)  If you had a problem, you could call and talk to a real person.  (2) If you purchased something and didn't receive it, you could file a dispute and get a refund. Now, neither is true.

Using Paypal, I paid Adrive LLC $60 for online storage of files and folders.  If you Google "Adrive LLC" it shows that Adrive LLC is permanently closed.  You can still access their website www.adrive.com and pay money them money for service they don't provide.  However, you cannot receive the service.  First, you must receive a confirmation email that they claim they send but they don't and I tried both my Yahoo and Hotmail emails and never receive either of the confirmation emails.

Furthermore, the only way given to contact Adrive is by email which they do not respond to.  BBB gives them an "F" rating.

I filed a "Not received" dispute with Paypay.  Paypal's bot ruled in favor of the seller claiming, "This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute."  I appealed and Paypal bot again ruled in favor of the seller claiming, "This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute."  And, Paypal bot closed the case.

The seller never responded to the dispute or my emails.  I provide proof that I cannot receive what I paid for because their website states that they are maintenance.  However, they have been in maintenance for over two months that twice I pointed out to Paypal.  Furthermore, I sent Paypal a screenshot showing that Adrive LLC is permanently closed.

Since I don't believe a person would make such an outrageous decision, if I could talk to an actual Paypal person by telephone (an option that was available in the past but is no longer available), perhaps I could get a refund.
