I have several accounts from various banks linked to PP. I can transfer $$ from PP out to any of them, but all of a sudden, i can't transfer money from ANY of the INTO PayPal. No help from their reps on their chat line. They only go so far, then apparently when they can't figure it out, they disappear. And no, I haven't been absent from the chat thread more than two minutes, they just blow me off. Anyone know what's up?
