Can't connect my shopify account to paypal.

We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or log in to PayPal and go to Profile > Selling tools > API access to obtain your API credentials.

 

I've connected serveral shopify stores to Paypal but it is strange that I can't do the same thing today. And the notice showed up after I filled the account info.
