Paypal/Shopify integration - HELP

Hi guys!

 

I am batling to integrate my paypal account with my shopify platform; two issues:

 

1. Looks like its all set up but when you try checkout in South Africa (where we are based) it says "Receiving country does not support the transacton"

2. When customers try checkout and click paypal it just takes you back to my web site and not to paypal

 

I have asked Shopify and they seem to think its a Paypal issue?

 

HELP!
