Customer support consistently either avoided my question or didn't understand English. Multiple emails asking one question. Multiple replies without answering my question. Also favoured a company over myself in a dispute purely by 'believing them'!! If it was easy to use another company for payment I'd be leaving PayPal. Diabolical service in my opinion.
