Case:

Website: Magento Ecommerce 1.9.3

Integration Mode: Paypal Express checkout


Sandbox Merchant Account Currency: INR (also added USD & GBP as other currencies)

- also made settings to allow payment in any currency which is not added to account.

- Also enabled setting for Multiple payments per invoice (in block payment section).

 

Testing # 1: On checkout if I login with Sandbox buyer account created with country as India, shows me payment screen fine.

 

Testing #2: On checkout if I login with Sandbox buyer account created with country as UK, shows this error after I login to paypal payment page.

 

Testing # 3: On checkout if I login with Sandbox buyer account created with country as US, shows this error after I login to paypal payment page.

 

So Sandbox account is not working with International payments if I have base currency as INR for sandbox merchant account, can somone from Paypal developer team reply here.
