API Subscription Issue for Indian Buyer

Case 1:

Merchant Country: India

Buyer Country: US/UK

 

1. Create Subscription Plan with USD currency

2. Create subscription agreement with US buyer account: Success

 

Merchant Country: India

Buyer Country: India

1. Create Subscription Plan with INR currency

2. Create subscription agreement with Indian buyer buyer account: Failure

Getting the error "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."

 

Note:

- INR currency is already enabled.

- Checked with sandbox as well live mode, and having the same issue.
