Report of subscription payments doesn't contain client's countries

For every subscription payment I'm receiving data via IPN.
Those data contains residence_country value as a country code.
But when I download csv activity report (Reports - Activity download), there are empty cells in Country Code column.
How to generate subscription payments report with country / country code values?
