How to setup application ID for Adaptive payments in Live

Hello

 

I have to use adaptive payment services to my client application. I tested in sandbox and working fine. I don't have any application ID creation in the live. Please provide me the steps to setup the application ID in live to use Adaptive payments. It showing web hooks only in the live under NVP/SOAP API apps.
