Dear Madam or Sir,
I'm Sambatrath CHHAY, from Cambodia. On 20 Oct, I paid to a wrong email address. After about 5 minutes, I noticed that it was a wrong email. Then I immediately cancelled that payment. It was shown cancel payment was made successfully. However, I didn't see the money back into my Paypal account nor my Bank account. In this case, I would like to know if it needs some days to return me back the money?
