paypal add to cart button fails on chrome on iphone

All add to cart buttons working well on desktop browsers but do not work on Iphone 6  on chrome. seems to work on Safari ok

Goes to paypal login screen not add to cart area.

Other solitions claimed it is fixed , apparently not anybody else figured this one out lately?
