‎Apr-21-2018 12:44 AM Partiality PayPal has been so partially on us .i mean we the people residing in Ghana making it difficult to trade mostly in More advance countries.we have been sending petittion across the world to plead on our behalf for us to enjoy what is good in PayPal .my Name is Dennis I'm jobless at home but use to buy auction phones and sell for me to get something to eat but now is not working again for us. So I am pleading to PayPal to accept me to enjoy PayPal .only 3percent Ghanaians are fraudsters so why is PayPal judging the whole 25million people of Ghana.even nigeria is having paypal how much more Ghana so please kindly work on it for use.
