Having received terrible customer service from PayPal in the kast 24 hours (still unresolved) I've tried to file a complaint. However, after filling in all details i get a message stating “we’re sorry, but something went wrong. please try again”. I‘ve tried multiple times now but it wont send.
Does this simply underline the apalling customer service from PayPal? Dont they want to listen? Im shocked that we’re expected to trust these idiots with our money.
