lost transaction, didn't appeared in recent activities

I'm leaving a post because I'm so tired of dealing with AI in the message center.I purchased un item through PayPal on March 5th, and immediately received a confirmation email from PayPal with a transaction number.(as you can see the photo)PayPal too...

Awaiting Payments

I’m shopping on 8 April and already paid with have no paypal account (but use paypal). Now shopping site still Awaiting Payments process. I have a transaction ID, Invoice ID, I signup paypal but can’t check because it not activity in my account.
