I am utterly sick of how bad paypal's customer service has been over the past few years. I have been a paypal customer since 2001 and I have been continuously treated like dirt. Since the deployment of the redesigned paypal page, and I have had nothing but issues with "Sorry your last action could not be completed." errors. This has been going on for YEARS now. The last dispute I opened this month for a item not received has pushed me to my absolute limit. I cannot access the page to view the dispute, or edit anything. When contacting customer service about the issues, I get an automated response back that is completely unrelated to the question that I asked. After pushing for a response from customer service regarding the issues with me not being able to add information to my dispute because it is un-viewable on any platform or computer, I get a response back with instructions for a name change!!! After responding to that message that this isnt the information I asked for, I then get a response saying that I haven't faxed them the information yet!! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT????
I have had it, once my accounts are settled I plan on closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Paypal has shown that they do not even remotely care about their customers. You would think given the amount of money they make with transaction fees that they would be able to provide some decent customer support.
i recieved an email from <removed> today, referring to a payment i had been expecting, addressed to my email id (not my full name). It had the exact amount and the name of the sender i had been expecting the payment from. the email also had a link to 'claim your money'. I didn't think much and clicked the link, logged in to my paypal account and searched everywhere for the payment amount. I realised later that it could be a phishing email.
i have changed my passwords, added security questions and about a minute after i changed my password, i recieved another email from <removed> to call on a certain nmber (+https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call) if i didnt change it.
what was way more weird was that this time, the email mentioned my 'full name'.
Can anyone help me out? my bank accounts are linked to my paypal account.
So my friend sent me money on my old paypal instead of the one I am using right now, and when I was trying to log into it, none of my passwords were working. So when I went to change the password, and entered the email adress of the account I needed the password change for, it said "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." If someone could help me out that would be great because I really need the money he sent me.

My Thai bankaccount and creditcard are confirmed.
When i wish to send money, via paypal, to the email address from an paypal user, I only can select my creditcard as funding source.
It's a transfer from Thai Baht to Euro.
This system works very well, but the fee is very high.
Paypal give me the advice, "you can better use your bankaccount".
But, when I select "change funding source", I can not select my bankaccount.
Than I was thinking, maybe I can use my Thai bankaccount for transfer Thai Baht to my wallet, and than do the transfer and using my wallet as funding source.
But I also can not find how I can TopUp my wallet from my bankaccount.
My questions are:
1) Can I use my bankaccount directly for do a transfer to an other paypal user? If Yes, how can I select my bankaccount as funding source.
2) Can I TopUp my wallet directly from my bankaccount? If yes, how can I do that?
3) Or maybe there is a better way for transfer money, via paypal, from my Thai Bankaccount to and European user? Using the Thai creditcard and Paypal works very fine, but the fee is very high.

I have a question in regards of sending money. I recently sent money to pay for a service, under "goods and services". The issue comes when my service can't be fulfilled till the 22nd of january through delayed payment. I'm trying to pay for an ad, so this is a major issue as it delays when I can market stuff to potential buyers. I've been through all the help articles on the subject and I still can't figure it out.
If it helps when I sent the money it said "Send money now" on top of that it said "change payment method". I read on the help guide that there are options to change it at the sending money phase, but I don't want to possibly send him money just to see a few extra pay options when I can ask for help from the community on what I'm doing wrong. I know for a fact money can be sent instantly within 30 minutes because the help guide said so.. what must I do? My checking account is the preferred method. but i also have debit as an option too, I don't know if that will help in the guidance of my question but I thought i should add it

I made an online payment using paypal, a payment method different to the default was selected for the transaction and I also didn't get a confirmation screen; can Paypal help me change to my default payment method ASAP? It was a mistake by Paypal maybe due to cookies.
Hello! I have been trying for the last hour to print my labels out. When I go to change the shipping type from Flat rate prioirty to pacakge, the weigh and dims do not come up. Its like I am still shipping flat rate. I've restarted my computer and signed in and out of my account. It is still doing it.Is there an issue going on with paypal? Driving me insane and I need to get my orders out.
I purchased a plane ticket on Interjet (low cost carrier in Mexico) which I had to cancel within the 24 hrs to get a refund due to change in travel plans. Interjet agent informed me I need to provide them with my bank account # and routing number in order for them to deposit the funds directly into my bank account. I never heard this before. I have always received refunds directly into my PayPal account. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this proper procedure?
