Unfortunately there's no features to support what you have in mind - all funds are deposited into your PayPal account balance.
From there, you can:
* Leave the money in your Account Balance.
* Withdraw it to your Bank Account (free)
* Request a paper check (there's a fee to process the check and can only be delivered to a physical street address - not a PO Box)
* Withdraw at an ATM using a PayPal Mastercard Debit Card (fees may apply depending on the ATM's owner).
Welcome to the PayPal Community! It sounds like you've been dealing with a bit of a frustrating problem with getting Android Pay sorted with PayPal after the reset.
We have a few options that should help. Here's how to remove PayPal from Android Pay: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/how-do-i-remove-paypal-from-android-pay-faq3458
If that doesn't help, I'd try logging into PayPal and pasting this link into your browser: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/devices/edit/
You'll be able to use this to manage your devices.
If neither of those resolve the matter, then I would try giving customer support a shout for further troubleshooting. Customer support can be reached by clicking "Help & Contact" on the PayPal website, @AskPayPal on Twitter or the PayPal Facebook page.
I hope this helps!
PayPal considers a bank account as your primary funding source and a credit card as your backup funding source and as an additional form of ID. If you do link and confirm your bank account and then remove it - that's your option however, you may end up dealing with holds and reviews on your transactions - both inbound and outbound.
Assuming you were setup with either a subscription or recurring payment. You would need to cancel your current recurring payment and start again.
Here's how to cancel it:
Login to your account.
Click the Settings (gear) icon near the top of the page.
Under the "Payment" section.
Select "Manage Pre-approved Payments".
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click "Cancel".
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
* Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription.
* A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
I just changed my default credit card and removed two older accounts. Here's how. Click on the Wallet tab and you'll get a list of the bank accounts and credit cards on file. Click on the card you want to use as your default/primary payment method and then click the star to make it your preferred method of payment. To remove a card or account, click on it, then click on remove, then confirm. Of course, I won't know if it sticks until I need to pay for my next transaction, but the removed cards/bank account are no longer on my Wallet list, and the correct credit card is tagged "preferred."
Hope that helps.
Basically it depends on the seller and what they require - a seller can configure their PayPal account settings to only accept a "confirmed address" - meaning that your billing address and your shipping address "must" be the same. From a seller's perspective, this protects them from issues such as disputes, claims and returns however, doing so does limit their sales. As a buyer, you have no control over what the seller prefers - what you the buyer needs to do is contact the seller, explain the challenge and hope that the seller is flexible.
You can change the name on your account if it's misspelled or if you've legally changed your name.
If you have a business account, you can change the contact name for your business. However, it is not possible to change the name on your account to another person's name.
Here’s how you can change your name:
* Login to your account.
* Click the Settings (Gear) icon next to "Log out."
* Click Update below your name.
* Select your type of name change.
* Follow the instructions on the screen and click either Continue or Update Name.
Depending on the type of name change, you may need to submit documentation for PayPal to review.
It normally takes 3-5 business days for a review.
Try the following link to set up travel plans: www.paypal.com/travelplans.
This should help you inform us that will be abroad and may prevent security restrictions to your account due to these new locations.
Eligible cards (with either Visa or MC logo) that support a withdrawal will be shown to you in the "To" drop-down in the withdrawal page so how the card type is displayed may not be an issue. (The money will be moved to the bank account associated with the card selected during withdrawal. )
