Hey there!I'm trying to process recurring payments through my website but I'm getting an error #11586. DPRP is disabled. Is there any chance I could get this enabled on my merchant account? my account is thekinkexhibit at gmail dot com

I created a business account in sandbox. And I want to use the recurring payment. I am using the NVP/SOAP API integration.  My Merchant ID is : Y7E4RDWG6S5DU

I have integrated PayPal Website Payment Pro for user recurring payments but it get error "DPRP is disabled for this merchant".  My sandbox Account Type:Business-Pro.How to enable DPRP in sandbox account to make recurring payment?
