adding the card to my account

so i have been trying to add my card to my new account since my older account has been deleted but its telling me to remove the current card from my deleted account which i cannot access and its the same email as the deleted one please help

Adding a card

I’m from UAE and I’m trying to add a card in to my PayPal account, I tired three Visa card and it was all declined, I called all the banks and they told me there is no issue with the card , can anyone support please

Paypal and TD credit card

Does paypal work with TD credit card? I cann't add it as a payment method. I just wonder is it a known issue and nobody cann't use a TD credit card as a payment method or i am just being banned from paypal?

Can't link bank account
