Paypal Credit.

I know with PayPal Credit there is interest of course. However, my statements show I am being charged not only the interest but additional fees of the exact same amount as the interest. Is this right?? Mandy

I wanted to apply for the paypal credit card and clicked on it. It said I can't apply. Not declined or anything because I literally wasn't allowed to apply. I've had paypal for over ten years so I have no idea why I can't apply for the credit.
