I need help.

I got banned on paypal, but I don't even know the reason I was banned. I'm sure there has to be some mistake. I have my bank account linked to it and I can't remove it until I get unbanned. I need help.

Account Access limited/Suspended

Hi. My account was suspend and asked me to provide some documents. One of the documents is an ID which I did submit but the other document is "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier", I am not selling anything.
