Balance does not appear on Mobile app
Hello, I am using a PayPall mobile app on my iPhone and my balance does not appear anywhere. Using a web browser, I see my balance.What could be the problem? This has been the case for a long time now, so I believe it is not a temporary bug.

Quick Links and all other options missing from Dashboard
Something is wonky, because it goes to load the quick links section, and the suggested Insights, AND notifications on the dashboard start to load, and then "blip" gone. All you get is recent transactions. Fix your platform Paypal. You have a bug.
