now, question:
i want to register as an ebay seller, so need to set up ebay and paypal, everything goes ok. until, i am informed that i will be charged by paypal europe.
the problem is that i am now residing in the US, how do i change that? because if i am selling, they would charge not in dollar but convert into euro, which means extra fees.
in the end, i cancelled the process.
please help.
shall i just cancel this paypal and create a new one? same goes for ebay. is it even feasible?....
