I have an extremely hard time getting to talk to anyone at paypal. I have called many times & each time I have a web pin but when I call I get the automated voice that doesn't understand me (I speak English) & the loop goes on again. Ea time I give the web pin & each time the loop goes round. It took me about 1/2 hr before I had gotten to speak to a live person.
Paypal must be more user friendly when someone calls with a problem.
