eBay for Non Profit ... Mission Fish?

This is our first year trying out an online auction/commerce site to raise funds for our NPO (non profit organization) and we have started the ball rolling with eBay (and Mission Fish as a result).

It appears that the funds from the eBay purchase via paypal go to Paypal… but it's my understanding that Mission Fish then takes those funds out of our Paypal account (as a 3rd party) and "delivers" our donations to our bank account.  This seems like an unnecessary step and is causing me to question the validity of this MF organization & getting involved with them.

Does anyone have any experience with Mission Fish?  Can they be trusted?
