So, today I bought a Vanilla Visa Gift Card (Debit), and I want to purchase an eBay product, yet when it linked me to paypal asking me to add a card, it denied me.... I've done this before and it worked fine, but why not now?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
