Hi guys,
I shipped an item I sold thru eBay via USPS to an APO address. The item showed no tracking progress and the buyer asked for a refund 40 days after being shipped.
I granted the full refund and started a lost package claim with the USPS.
I just got an email from the buyer that he received the package today and he wants to pay me.
This is good news. The question is how do I issue him a new invoice? Is it just as simply as typing in his email and requesting the original payment amount?
