How do I remove a Recipient from MultiOrder shipping?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove a "Recipient" from PayPal MultiOrder shipping? My buyer backed out of the sale over a year and three days ago and I have refunded her money, but it still shows up in MulitOrder Shipping and I would really like to remove it. 

 

It was suggested to me by another seller that I mark it as Shipped, but that would require a shipping carrier and number and other information.  Another drawback to that is that  marking it as shipped would send an email to the Buyer when it is marked shipped, and I wish to avoid any contact at all costs, so that is not an option.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?  I have searched using my title to this question and came up with someone else asking the same question plus more of her own,and there are no responses for quite awhile.
