I bought an item of ebay when I try to pay for it paypal says that I need to enter credit card information for security porposes but I dont have a credit card. the reason I am using paypal is so I buy a greendot card at walmart and add money to my account that way. there is more than enough money on my account to pay for the item but it wont let me. Please help
