I bought a computer on ebay through paypal using my Green Dot PrePaid card, I was contacted by the seller because the computer wasn't in working conditions, so I was refunded. my paypal account says that the refunding was completed. but it is not listed on my grenn dot account. is there a delay or shoul i contact paypal?
