Getting Pending Funds Released

Hi,

I have been using PayPal and Ebay for 90 days and I thought after that point you were supposed to get your pending funds released. Does anyone know how to go about getting this process started?  I NEED MY MONEY!

My payments automatically stopped being held about 90 days after my first successful eBay sale.  I didn't need to do anything special.
