Is this just another way for the IRS to keep tabs on your buying/ selling activities ??
What if I bought an item in my local department store and paid the tax, and 6 months later I put on EBAY to sell, does the IRS have record of that and tax me on the item for the sale profit ? sounds like double taxation !!!
