Can I request a credit increase from my PayPal Buyer Credit Account?

I don't see any reason why not, but you'll have to phone the number on the credit card and ask them - that's actually GE Capital, not Paypal.

Do you have PayPal Smart Connect or PayPal Buyer Credit?  Both of these products are not credit cards and do not come with an actual card.

To request a credit line increase, you would want to contact the number on the back of the card you received.
