There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway

Hi I am running a wordpress woocommerce website and have integrated paypal pro credit card to my payment options.

But when someone tries to make a payment i get an error saying "There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway"

All my API details are set and correct. Any Idea what the reason for the error might be?
