NVP/SOAP API apps Not loading

 When I select - 

NVP/SOAP API apps

It opens up a new screen and just keeps trying to load. Any reason why this is happening?

Hi, if you are trying to access the APP portal then it is temporrary down but consider that if it is to request an NVP APP for Adaptive Payments this has been deprecated since Dec 1st 2017.

Since the Adaptive Payments Application Portal was decommissioned on 12/01/2017 the link to the NVP/Soap API Apps will not load.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will be looking into removing the link from the Developer Applications Portal.

The current replacement for Adaptive Payments is PayPal For Marketplaces.
