IPN responses are queued

Hi,

 

We have a significant number of IPN responsese that are queued this morning and we haven't seen this happen since 7/17 of this year when there was as issue with the IPN responses.  Is this the case, and if so is anyone aware of an active response?

 

The PayPal status page is not updated with any issues which was the case the last time this happend:

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this screws up our inventory timeliness.

We have the exact same problem. IPNs are being dealyed by up to 3 hours in some cases, and nobody at PayPal seems to be able to help. Notifications are not coming through either.
