Hello guys I really hope someone could help me, i can't link my card now with my PayPal account, i got this message in my attempt "your card has been declined. please try a different payment method.", i think i know the problem i did add and removed the card with PayPal account multiple times in the same day, my question is the problem temporarily and i can link the card if i wait A certain period of time, Or there is another solution? Thank you very much

1. 8 is the max number of times you can add a card to a paypal account.
2. Has to be a credit visa in your country to allow receipt of funds and the auto-withdrawal of those funds from your Paypal balance.
Advice is voluntary.

Thank you very much for replying, i found out that it was 8 times, is it possible to use it again, i mean is the problem temporarily, or if i use my card 8 times i will never use it again in PayPal account? Thank you very much
