withdraw balance to saudi account

Hello,

I'm trying to link my Saudi account number, but I think Paypal is asking for a US bank account. is it not possible to add any bank account other than a US account ?

If we can add any other account, can you please tell me how in steps.

The only alternative option for withdrawals within Saudi Arabia, besides a US bank account, is a Visa card.

and i cant transfer funds to my debit card visa it is saying 'Sorry about that. We can’t complete this for you right now. You can try again in a minute or two. If you’re still having an issue, let us know.' again and again

i currently have 6 USD in my paypal balance and i have to withdraw 5,01 for my first withdrawal but it is saying this message again and again i am in saudi arabia.
