what if I cannot confirm my card statement to verify my debit card?

will paypal refund the charge incur when they try to verify my debit card? 

i cannot find the code they are mentioning at all, if i leave it be will they refund me eventually or the money is lost?

If its a debit card then should show on your bank statement, if a credit card then it would show on your credit card statement.

I am currently using line prepaid card (jcb brand) as my main card for my paypal, since i start using line pay i have never seen the bank statement i dont know where to look.
