transfer as Family & Friends

Where can I change to be bale to transfer as Family & Friends? It only shows as products & services and I don’t know where can I edit it / Como transferir como Familia y Amigos? Solo me aparece como productos y servicios y no puedo cambiarlo

The friends/family option is not available in every country.

If you go to send funds and only get the goods/services then you are in one of the countries where it is not available unfortunately.
