I'm trying to link a new bank account to my Paypal, but am only getting the error message: "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.". I have ever only had 1 Paypal account (current) and never linked this bank account ever before (although I had another bank account linked from the same bank but with a different account number, which has been unlinked and removed). Why is this happening and how can I solve it?
